Winged Dominion – Player Agreement

By accessing or playing on any Winged Dominion server or participating in its Discord community, you agree to the following terms:

🪶 Our Approach

Winged Dominion is built around a simple idea: respect player time while preserving meaningful progression.

  • Effort feels rewarding, not exhausting
  • The community comes before any single player
  • Growth is intentional, not rushed or pay-driven

All rules and decisions are guided by this philosophy.

🌍 Community Expectations

  • Treat other players with respect
  • Avoid harassment, toxicity, or disruptive behavior
  • Follow all posted rules and admin guidance

Failure to do so may result in warnings, restrictions, or removal.

⚙️ Admin Authority

The admin team retains full authority over all aspects of the server, including:

  • Rules and enforcement
  • Server settings and configuration
  • Events and world changes
  • Player moderation actions

All admin decisions are final.

🪶 Admin Conduct & Expectations

Admins are expected to uphold the same standards of respect, fairness, and integrity required of all players.

  • Act in the best interest of the overall community
  • Apply rules consistently and in good faith
  • Avoid favoritism or abuse of administrative tools
  • Communicate clearly when taking action whenever possible

Administrative actions are guided by these principles, but may require discretion based on the situation.

If you have concerns about an admin action, you are encouraged to raise them respectfully through the appropriate channels.

🔧 Server Environment

Winged Dominion is a curated experience:

  • Settings, mods, and gameplay are standardized
  • Individual player requests will not override server balance
  • Changes are made with the community as a whole in mind

💳 Donations (General)

Donations are voluntary and:

  • Do not grant in-game advantages
  • Do not grant administrative influence
  • Do not guarantee specific outcomes

🔞 Age Requirement

By participating, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements required by:

  • Discord (typically 13+)
  • Your gaming platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, or any other platform used to access the server)

You are responsible for complying with all applicable platform terms and local laws.

🛑 Service Continuity Disclaimer

While Winged Dominion is intended to be a long-term project, continued operation is not guaranteed.

The admin team reserves the right to:

  • Modify the server environment
  • Add or remove maps
  • Discontinue services entirely

This may occur at any time due to technical, financial, or personal constraints.

⚖️ Limitation of Expectation

  • Progress, builds, and in-game assets may be lost
  • Server wipes, resets, or closures may occur
  • No compensation or restoration is guaranteed

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

Winged Dominion is provided on an “as-is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the admin team is not liable for any loss, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of in-game progress or data
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the server

⚖️ Disclaimer of Warranties

  • No guarantees of uptime or availability
  • No guarantees of performance or stability
  • No guarantees regarding preservation of player progress

The server is operated as a best-effort community service.

🪶 Intellectual Property

All custom content associated with Winged Dominion, including but not limited to its name, branding, lore, written works, server design, and original concepts, is the property of the Winged Dominion admin team.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for other servers, communities, or commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Players are welcome to create and share gameplay content (such as screenshots, videos, or streams) featuring Winged Dominion, provided it does not misrepresent or claim ownership of the server’s intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of Winged Dominion intellectual property may result in removal from the community and further action if necessary.

🔨 Termination

The admin team reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the server or community at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

By continuing to play or participate in the community, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
